b. Defaulter (blacklisted, violation of guarantee letter/showcasing illegal products/misconduct at previous fairs, etc.) with EPB.
c. It has potentiality to get export offer (quality, quantity, opportunity).
d. It has experience in international fair participation.
e. It has carried out with participation regulation in preceding activities.
f. Its products count with necessary certifications to come in markets.
h. It has promotion materials (enterprise catalogues, samples, etc.)

1). Copy of Trade License
2) Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum and Article of Association (if applicable).
3) .Copy of Export Registration Certificate (ERC) (if applicable)
4) Copy of latest Tax Return certificate (if any)
5) Copy of latest VAT Registration Certificate (if any)
6) Copy of Registration Certificate of EPB (if any)

a) Services offered by EPB
1) Constructed booth with basic furniture, fascia and utility services.
2) Communication and promotion services (Entry in fair catalogue and EPB brochure, etc.)
3) Interpreter Service (if required)
4) Transportation of Exhibits (if applicable)
b) EPB encourages business entities of all sectors from all over Bangladesh including
villages to participate in the International Trade Fair abroad.

For Bangladeshi Applicant :
5,00,000-Taka (Five Lac Taka in BD currency) [Limited to 2 presenters] *
{Note: Add one presenter need to pay 200,000-Taka (Two Lac Taka in BD currency) for each presenter.}
Cheque/ Pay Order will be submitted in favor of "Export Promotion Bureau (EPB)"
For Canadian Applicant:
50,000 USD (Five Thousand USD) [Limited to 2 presenters] *

Notes:
* There will be standard (common) Stall's size 10'X10' options to have customized designs with extra
cost by the designer agency which you may select on your own or we may be referred for your better
solutions.
* The Fee is 10% deductible for processing charges if your application declined
